整体质量较好，使用免费接口无需注册账号，对普通用户非常友好。文档清晰易懂，示例丰富，能快速上手获取全球城市的天气预报。不过功能比较单一，专注天气查询，没有温度提醒、穿衣建议等附加功能。另外依赖curl命令，部分环境可能需要手动安装。适合对天气信息有基本查询需求的用户使用。
